…and have I said that Bob said that when he introduced Jerry Hall to Tennessee Williams down in Washington a few weeks ago Tennessee told her that she was the prettiest girl he’s met since Candy Darling.
For some reason, I have The Andy Warhol Diaries — probably a gift somewhere along the way, probably connected to Pittsburgh. I have never read it. Warhol called Pat Hackett up each day and spoke to her his diary entry. You have to believe that today this would take the form of a blog.
C. said that the statistic on house-hunting and buying is something like people look at 15-20 houses before finding the one that they buy. We looked at 15 the first day, and over 20 the next day and 20-some more the following day before finding the house we bought, yesterday. (So that’s where I’ve been while not posting.)
